Community Crime Watch – June 1, 2017

May 3, Shoplifting: AAFES loss prevention personnel at the Exchange stated she observed, via surveillance camera, three female juveniles conceal Powerade Mixed Berry Sports Drink, lip gloss, mascara, Aqua luminous concealer and candy. The subjects exited the store without rendering payment.

May 4, Larceny of private property: The victim stated that person(s) unknown by unknown means removed two Red Max Backpack Blowers, which were located in a 22-foot maintenance trailer.

May 21, Shoplifting: AAFES loss prevention personnel at the Exchange stated that the subject concealed eye balm in her jacket and left the store without rendering payment.

May 22, Assault: Police were notified of a physical altercation in front of a school. An investigation revealed that the victim was waiting in his vehicle to move forward. The subject, who was waiting behind him, began to blow her horn for him to pass the vehicles in front of him. The subject then exited her vehicle and approached the victim while he was in his vehicle. They became involved in a verbal altercation, which turned physical when the subject struck the victim twice on the left cheek near his left eye.

May 23, Shoplifting: AAFES loss prevention personnel at the Exchange stated that she observed the subject, on closed circuit television, place one Acne Solutions liquid makeup in a shopping cart along with a pair of Nike work pants and covered over the item. The subject concealed the makeup with the pants along with her purse. The subject rendered payment for other merchandise but not for the makeup.

May 23, Shoplifting: AAFES loss prevention personnel at the Exchange stated that she observed Subject 1 select three makeup pencils and place them on the counter next to Subject 2, who slid the pencils into his hand. He later gave the pencils to Subject 1 who put them in her right shirt pocket. Both individuals then exited the store without rendering payment for the merchandise.
